Career Coaching

  • At Seaglass, we offer individualized young adult career coaching program. Our career coaching offers undergraduate and graduate students with perceived difficulties in the area of social skills and pragmatics who are interested in acquiring job-related, social, and practical skills for a successful transition from educational to employment settings. Topics covered and practiced are conflict resolution, stress management, navigating the work environment, balancing your home/work life, resume building, interview skills, soft skills, and finding a good career match.

  • We utilize certified, bilingual (Spanish-English) Autism and Social Skills Specialists to teach group classes for you and/ or your loved ones.

    This course includes pre-requisites. You must…

    -Be a young adult between the ages of 18-35.

    -Have a high school diploma, be currently in college, a career professional, or currently seeking an appropriate career track.

    -Have friendship/dating/work challenges.

    -Be interested in attending the program(s).

    -Agree to actively participate in the program(s) you have chosen.

    -Attend all sessions (with no more than two missed sessions for programs that meet over the course of several weeks).

    -Be able to actively work with someone in your family/ a close friend who will serve as your social coach.

  • Upon completing this program, you will have tools and strategies to utilize while navigating the work environment.
