Do I need an appointment?
Yes, we only see individuals on an appointment basis.
Do you take insurance?
No, We do not take insurance. We are a private pay company.
Do you accept credit cards?
No we do not accept credit cards. You can pay by cash or a cashiers check. Personal checks are not accepted.
Do you offer payment options?
Yes, if you are unable to pay for the autism evaluation fee in full on the day of the intake, we offer the flexibility of paying for our autism evaluation in three convenient payments. First payment is due at the initial intake, the second payment is due before the day of the in-person assessment, and the final payment is due before the day of the findings meeting.
Consultation fees, coaching fees, program fees, travel fees, and accommodation fees are due in full and prior to services being rendered.
Are there any agencies or programs that can offer assistance to pay for your services?
Yes! There are several programs that you can apply to for assistance in paying for, not just our services, but other private pay providers.

What are travel and accommodation fees?
Services being rendered over 25 miles of travel for the observer/consultant/clinician/assessment team will incur a $1.00 per mile, round trip charge, traveled for each occurrence. Any travel over 1.5 hours away will also incur an additional $200.00 a day for accommodations in addition to a round trip travel fee.
May I bring my family to the evaluation appointment?
It is preferred for the person being evaluated to be free from distractions to assist with accurate data. However, a caregiver/guardian/spouse is always welcome!
What happens after the findings meeting?
One of the things that sets us apart is our after care. The report you are provided with offers recommendations, however, someone from Seaglass Diagnostics & Consulting will follow up with you several times after the findings meeting to see if you need any assistance with providers or just want to process the information that has been provided to you.
