Executive Functioning Coaching

  • Each individual utilizes information within their environment in order to act effectively and achieve goals. At Seaglass, we focus on helping young adults (18-35 years old) who may have attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), anxiety, depression, suspected autism spectrum disorder and other socio-emotional challenges understand the function, and acquire independence, appropriate self-advocacy, self-regulation, flexibility, and build a framework for solving difficult life/work/school situations.

  • We utilize certified, bilingual (Spanish-English) Autism and Social Skills Specialists to teach group classes for you and/ or your loved ones.

    This course includes pre-requisites for those interested. You must…

    -Be a young adult between the ages of 18-35.

    -Have a high school diploma, be currently in college, a career professional, or currently seeking an appropriate career track.

    -Have friendship/dating/work challenges.

    -Be interested in attending the program(s).

    -Agree to actively participate in the program(s) you have chosen.

    -Attend all sessions (with no more than two missed sessions for programs that meet over the course of several weeks).

    -Be able to actively work with someone in your family/ a close friend who will serve as your social coach.

  • Upon completing this program, you will have tools and strategies to utilize while navigating difficult work, life, and social situations.
